for the design, construction, modernization and management of sports and leisure facilities

Nov 7, 2017, 10.30 am: Partnerships in staging national and international events
The hosting of a national or international sports competition needs to be understood and dealt with based on a solid understanding of both the opportunities and risks. It can have a dramatic effect on a city’s stature and reputation but can develop an unrealistic set of expectations.
This session will look at the critical initial steps in the planning and due-diligence process. Gilbert Felli, Senior Advisor and longtime IOC Olympic Games Director from Switzerland is chairing the session.
